Thank you for registering to attend I2MTC 2020. Since the conference has moved to an online platform instead of on in-person conference registration fees have changed. Updated prices are as follows:
- IMS Member - $345
- IEEE Member - $365
- Non-Member - $445
Each registration covers one accepted paper. A $100 fee will be applied to each additional paper.
If you have already paid an amount larger than the pricing listed above you are eligible for a refund. Accepted authors that will be presenting a pre-recorded presentation will receive a partial refund. The authors who have withdrawn will receive a full refund (withdrawn papers will not be published in IEEE Xplore).
If you paid by wire transfer the following paperwork will be needed to process the refund. Please email the following paperwork to [email protected] no later than May 8th.
- Completed Wire Refund Form
- Completed W8 or W9 Form (If your registration was paid by a company or university please use the W8 entity form)
- Registration Confirmation Receipt from I2MTC CVENT
- Wire Transfer Confirmation Receipt from your bank
We cannot guarantee refunds for registrants that submit paperwork after May 8th.
Refunds can not be processed until the original payment has been received. If you planned to pay with a wire transfer and have not processed the payment yet please reach out to [email protected] for an updated invoice.
